Ticketing FAQs

Yes, tickets may be purchased on-site for an increased price at the Ticket office located at the main entrance to the tournament. We recommend purchasing tickets and parking ahead of time. Parking will not be sold on-site.

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Proceeds will benefit our partner charities.

Children 15 and under are admitted free (grounds access only) when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Children do not need a ticket for entry, but do need to be accompanied by a ticketed adult at the Admissions Gate.

Yes, re-entry will be allowed. Since tickets will be deactivated once scanned, patrons will need to have their hand stamped at the gate upon leaving the first time to denote they are re-entering when they return. 

Yes, ticket buyers and volunteers will be able to transfer their tickets but will not be eligible for resale.

We recommend downloading the TIXR mobile app via IOS or Google app store for ease of transfer.

Yes, all active, retired, reserve, and National Guard military members are eligible to receive complimentary grounds tickets upon presenting valid identification. More information on how to claim military tickets will be coming soon.

Gates will be open to the public on Thursday through Sunday with a paid ticket. The grounds will be closed to the public on Monday through Wednesday. 

Yes, attendees will be able to upgrade their tickets at the Ticket Office located at the Spectator Main Entrance.
