Tournament FAQ

Ticketing FAQ

  • No, you can use the app or print them out.
  • Gates will be open to the public on Thursday through Sunday with a paid ticket.
  • The grounds will be closed to the public Monday through Wednesday.
  • Children 15 and under are admitted free (grounds access only) when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
  • Children do not need a ticket for entry but do need to be accompanied by a ticketed adult at the Admissions Gate.
  • Yes, all active, retired, reserve, and National Guard military members are eligible to receive complimentary grounds tickets upon presenting valid identification.
  • Yes, all military member ticket holders with proper identification and one guest will have access to the Patriot’s Outpost overlooking the exciting Par-5, 16 green.
  • The Outpost will be open during competition rounds, Friday – Sunday until the last group has played through the 16th green.
  • Complimentary lunch will be served every day and guests will be eligible to receive up to two alcoholic beverages that include beer, wine, & seltzer.
  • Please note that Patriot’s Outpost will NOT be open on Thursday, April 3.
  • At ticket stands near VIP and main entrance.

Parking & Transportation

  • No, it is not.
  • No, there will be no availability to purchase parking on-site.
  • General Parking:
    • Single Day Standard Parking: $15
    • Friday-Sunday Standard Parking: $40
  • VIP Parking:
    • Single Day VIP Parking: $85
    • Friday-Sunday VIP: $215
  • Yes, accessible parking and tournament shuttles will be available for transporting attendees.
  • No, there will be none.
  • Yes, we offer drop off and pick up locations within extreme proximity to the main gate. 
  • Drop off and pick up will take you to the VIP Parking Lot where you will shuttle to the tournament.

Spectator Policies

  • Bags larger than a small purse (6 x 6) including carrying cases, backpacks, camera bags or chair bags are prohibited.
  • Approved bags include: clear bags smaller than 12 x 6 x 6, 1-gallon plastic freezer bags, medically necessary bags and diaper bags.

  • Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
  • Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week.
  • Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
  • No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
  • Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week.
  • Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
  • Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
  • All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed.
  • Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket.

Misc.

  • Next to the merchandise shop, which is across from the Duffy’s MVP Bleacher.
  • All spectators should wear comfortable shoes and clothing in anticipation of walking between venues and attractions around the course.
  • Florida weather can turn anytime so check the weather and dress accordingly.
  • If there is ANY chance of rain – bring a raincoat!
  • We will have an on-site meteorologist to make sure you, your family, and friends have plenty of notice in the event of dangerous weather or pending storms.
  • In the event of inclement weather, avoid the following:
    • Open areas
    • Hilltops
    • High places
    • Isolated trees
    • Golf carts
    • Wire fences
  • All major credit cards will be accepted at all Concession locations.
  • THE JAMES HARDIE PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME INVITATIONAL IS A CASHLESS EVENT. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
  • Stay behind the gallery ropes.
  • Stay quiet and stand still when the players are about to hit the ball.
  • “Hands in the air” means to stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots.
  • Do not cross fairways except at designated crosswalk areas.
  • Always look both ways before crossing a cart path.
  • Be considerate of others and kneel or sit if you find yourself in the front row of the gallery.
  • Walk carefully, never run.
  • Wear comfortable shoes.
  • Children under 12 should be kept at a safe distance while play is in progress. Parents should take extra precautionary measures when choosing a viewing location.
  • Watch the tournament “Parade Style” by picking a spot and watching the field pass by or “Cross-Country Style” by following a particular player or group around the course.
