Volunteer Package
Information about the benefits and rewards of volunteering:.
- Two (2) polo shirt and one (1) hat/visor
- One (1) volunteer badge
- Two (2) tickets per day
- Volunteer parking and meals on scheduled work days
- One (1) spot in the Volunteer Shotgun Outing ** three (3) shift minimum.

Requirements
Which days are volunteers needed?
The majority of volunteer shifts are Friday through Sunday of tournament week; however, committee chairpersons will do their best to accommodate your schedule.
When can I sign up?
Our volunteer portal is not yet open for 2025 applications!
How long is a shift?
On average, the average shift length is between 4-6 hours. Shift length varies by committee.
Is there a cost? What do I wear?
Yes, there is a volunteer package fee that includes your uniform in addition to parking and food/beverage on the days of your shifts.
Volunteers are required to wear the official volunteer uniform during shifts with khaki bottoms or pants.
Where will I pick up my uniform?
Volunteers will pick up their package at uniform distribution prior to the tournament. Please check back for the two uniform distribution dates closer to the tournament.
Are volunteers still needed?
Yes, we welcome you to join us. Volunteer committee preference and shifts are first come first serve.
